new treadmills....
the gym where i'm a personal trainer got new treadmills this week. i was excited to give them a try! this is the workout i did on saturday. I ran the 800 meter intervals on the treadmill, hubs did them on the elliptical. push yourself hard on the squats, ohp and sit ups. when i finished my first 800 meter run, i jumped off and did the squats right at the foot of the treadmill. hubs walked all the way across the gym to do them......why? because no one ever does things like that right by the treadmills.....why?
run 800 meters (1/2 mile)
75 air squats
run 800 meters
75 overhead press (i used the 45# bar)
run 800 meters
75 sit ups
next time i do this workout i'll add one more 800 meter run at the end:)
