chicken tenders with balsamic vinegar glaze
olive oil
10 chicken tenders
fresh ground black pepper, to taste
2 tsp minced garlic
6 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
heat oil over medium heat, add chicken tenders. while cooking season with ground black pepper. cook, turning pieces halfway through, until cooked, approximately 10 minutes. remove chicken from pan and set aside.
reduce heat to low, add garlic and saute. then add vinegar, honey and chicken broth. simmer, scraping the bottom of the pan for 1 minute.
return chicken to pan. mix all ingredients together and heat through.
