contrary to what many believe, it does not take 21 days to make or break a habit.
what it takes is a decision.
don't wait 21 days.
do it today.
it might be diet goals
maybe you want to workout more
go heavier
do a few more reps
run a greater distance
everything you need is already inside....
just do it.
