Julie is a highly motivated, committed, health expert. Julie brings a unique perspective to her personal training by being the mother of six children. She relates to the busy mom and those struggling to lose the post baby weight.
Julie has always loved fitness and continues to fuel her passion by taking part in marathons, half marathons and relay races across the country. She also enjoys cycling, weight training, swimming and snowshoeing.
