it's here....

i know everyone has been waiting anxiously for the sandbag to arrive!
it's here....
there is 100 pounds of sand sitting in my garage....
one of my goals as a trainer is to put your body under a certain amount of stress, weight training is one way we can accomplish this. the purpose of this stress is to get our bodies to adapt. adaptations are results, progress, new muscle and increased strength.
so....that being said, let's swing some sand around!
