Julie is a highly motivated, committed, health expert. Dedicated to creating training programs based on each client's individual needs, she has helped hundreds of clients understand their potential, build their confidence and achieve their goals through endurance, strength, power and cardiovascular training.
Julie believes by effectively teaching nutrition and diet strategies, combined with full body, high power, high intensity workouts, clients will move towards optimal health.
Julie currently holds certifications through The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit (Level 1 trainer), CrossFit Olympic Lifting, NASM Core Training, and NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist.
Julie brings a unique perspective to her personal training by being the mother of six children. She relates to the busy mom and those struggling to lose the post baby weight.
Julie has always loved fitness and continues to fuel her passion by taking part in marathons, half marathons and relay races across the country. She also enjoys cycling, weight training, swimming and snowshoeing.
