run.run.repeat.

saturday march 6th i ran the red rock canyon half marathon in las vegas.
what a great experience!
i had two goals:
1. do not be last:)
2. run every step
goals: accomplished!
packet pick up....the runner's bag.
climbing one of the hills
more hills....
i'mrunningrunningrunningrunning!
home stretch....
'your biggest challenge isn't someone else.
it's the ache in your lungs and the
burning in your legs and the voice inside you that yells "can't."
but you don't listen. you push harder. and then you hear the voice whisper "can."
and you discover that the person you thought you were is no match for the one you really are.'

have you set some goals? what are you trying to accomplish over the next few months?
1. make realistic, attainable goals
2. develop a specific plan of action
3. establish confidence in yourself to persevere, despite occasional slips
4. publicly declare your resolution

'goals are dreams with deadlines'
this week make a plan, write it down and let's talk about it....
