vitamin c....

vitamin c smoothie
2 servings
1/2 cup strawberries, hulled and well rinsed
1 kiwifruit, peeled and halved
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 scoop protein powder
2 tbsp wheat germ
2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 cup ice cubes
mix all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
