pole dancing....
went to davis high's track tonight
a little stadium running was in order
i will give you the workout below
just in case you get in the mood for a little pain....
or pole dancing....
wod #1
week 6 body building plan
can i tell you how much i am loving this program!

wod #2
stadium/track drill
warm up 1/2 mile
run up and down 4 sets of stairs
recovery run 1/4 mile
repeat 5 times
you should have run 24 sets of stairs
and
6 laps on the track
not counting your warm up and cool down
cool down 1/2 mile
good luck with that:)
oh yeah....
and then pole dancing!
