100 thrusters
every minute on the minute stop and do
5 burpees until you reach 100 thrusters.
i started this workout tonight thinking it would be pretty easy
i was wrong!
halfway through i thought i was in he#*
when i was through
i knew i was in he#*
dear wednesday clients,
i will apologize right now
things are going to be rough.
just keep in mind....
nothing is impossible:)
