double ouch....

workout #2
the aftermath of double unders.
apparently i need to continue my practice.

detox
run 800 meters (1/2 mile)
50 jumping pull ups
40 wall balls (10lb dynamax ball)
30 box jumps (20" box)
20 lunges
run 400 meters (1/4 mile)
50 med ball slams (10 lb dynamax ball)
40 air squats
30 knees to elbows
20 burpees
run 800 meters (1/2 mile)
50 kettlebell swings 25 lb
40 goblet squats (25 lb kettlebell)
30 push ups
20 thrusters 45 lb bar


ouch....
