obsessions....

my latest obsession....
every day this week i have been having it for lunch.
i eat it with carrots, celery and a few blue chips.
zero, zip, nada grams of sugar!

i am having a hard time giving up my workouts for my taper....

my swim ended a little before i planned, i had hoped to get an hour in. i was in the middle of a lap and my right calf cramped up really bad. i couldn't flex my foot, couldn't even straighten my leg to stand up. weird....that has never happened before. i finally stood up really hard on my right heel and it got rid of the cramp but it hurt!! i did a few more laps with the kick board, but it kind of scared me because of my marathon on saturday.

has that happened to anyone else?
