one thousand....

 eliminate our weakness!
that's my challenge....
you may have more than one skill you would like to work on.
 i do, but we are working on mastering just one skill at a time.
here is how it's going to work.
choose one skill to practice.
it doesn't have to be daily, but it should be a few times a week.
keep track of your reps, laps, miles, etc.
because we are going for 1000.
i will be swimming 1000 laps at the rec center.
i will keep a tally of how many laps
i swim each time i'm there.
what will you be doing?
box jumps
double unders
run
medicine ball cleans
push ups
pull ups
turkish get ups
the list could go on and on....

tabata 8 rounds on the treadmill @ 9.2
